SevenForty
The 740 building system offers an adaptive approach to sustainable architecture. Designed for seamless integration into natural environments, this truly modular system enables to create lightweight, easily assembled structures in even the most remote locations. Its flexibility and expandability makes it ideal for projects that prioritize ecological harmony and biodiversity.
740 forms the foundation of establishing innovative living spaces that coexist with nature. It's possible to construct adaptable habitats that grow alongside with their surroundings, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. The modular components allow for scalable expansion while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality. With this approach, we strive to create spaces that enhance natural ecosystems rather than disrupt them, ultimately fostering a sustainable balance between human habitation and the environment.

the New Dutch Farm
NDF envisions sustainable overnight accommodations in the Netherlands, ideally in Gelderland, where guests can experience an innovative approach to living and hospitality. The plan involves placing about three 740 building configurations, offering space for 6 to 12 visitors. The preferred location is farmland, in line with the ongoing discussions on repurposing agricultural businesses. Beyond providing accommodations, this initiative supports soil enrichment, biodiversity, and environmental restoration; fostering a more sustainable ecosystem.
Additionally, it serves as a testing ground for new construction and living technologies, presenting a framework for forward-thinking solutions in architecture and sustainable development. With a strong focus on responsible entrepreneurship, the project aims to balance ecological impact with commercial viability. We are actively seeking partners who share our vision and want to collaborate in shaping a future that integrates nature, innovation, and sustainability. Join us in redefining land use and sustainable living in the Netherlands.
